I booked the wrong tickets. How can I change my reservation?
Exchanging your current reservation for an alternative attraction or upgrading your tickets to include skip-the-line or guided tour access requires canceling your existing reservation and creating a new one
How do I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled in your account section "My Bookings".
I didn't use my ticket and the date has passed. Can I request a refund?
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the event. Regrettably, refunds cannot be processed after the activity has commenced.
My event never happened or venue was closed?
If such situations arise, we will promptly process a refund to your account. For further assistance, please reach out to our team via email at info@theepictours.com.
Can I make a cancellation for free?
At TheEpicTours, you can cancel a public booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the event begins.
Can I make a cancellation for free on private tours?
Our private tours connect to third-party venues, which is unrefundable. A 10% fee will be charged to cover this expenses.
Can I add another ticket to my purchase?
In this scenario, we would recommend checking the availability and purchasing a new booking for the same event and time slot.
Would it be possible to receive the refund on a different credit card or account?
We are only able to issue refunds to the credit card or bank account used for the initial purchase. If your credit card is encountering any issues, kindly contact your bank for assistance.
