Was my payment successful?
If you reached the order confirmation page, it means your payment succeeded. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your payment.
How soon will I get my invoice?

All transactions are managed through Wix Payments ltd., one of the most reputable payment processors globally. TheEpicTours does not have visibility or access to your credit card information at any point.
I've requested a refund. How long does it take to proccess?
Should you cancel your booking within the stipulated cancellation policy, your refund will be promptly processed using the same payment method employed for the initial activity reservation. Typically, you can expect to see the refund reflected in your account within 3-5 business days
An invoice email will be sent to you automatically upon the completion of your ticket purchase.
I was charged twice for my order?
If you generate a new order subsequent to reaching the order confirmation page, an additional charge will apply. Once your order is confirmed, the payment process has already been successfully completed.
I still haven't gotten my refund?
