    We offer the best cancellation conditions in the market with a free cancellation of up to 24 hours before the tour activity start date. Cancellations made after that may incur a fee.
  • Is the tour suitable for children/seniors/people with mobility issues?
    We welcome travelers of all ages. However, some tours involve physical activities like walking or hiking. Please contact us before booking if you have specific needs, and we’ll help in the preparation for your tour.
  • Can the tours be customized?
    Absolutely! We offer customizable itineraries to fit your interests, schedule, and budget. Just contact us, and we'll create a tailored experience for you.
  • What language is the tour conducted in?
    All our tours are conducted in English, unless otherwise specified. We also offer tours in other languages upon request.
  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions prevent parts of the tour from going ahead, we will do our best to offer alternative activities or reschedule.
  • How do I pay for my tour?
    We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A deposit is usually required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before departure.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
